Interests in Benson Building Management LLC are listed on the Wealth Funds Corp., portal. Wealth Funds Corp., receives fees from the Sponsor or the investment vehicle partially based the total investment obtained.  This arrangement could create a conflict of interest between Wealth Funds Corp., and investors.

Certain Wealth Funds Corp., employees may have an interest in, or family members or close friends of Wealth Funds Corp., employees may have an interest in, or employment or other relationship with, Benson Building Management LLC or one of its affiliates, if any. Although Wealth Funds Corp., may have a thorough screening process with respect to each investment opportunity, Sponsor is not privy to that screening process or involved in that internal screening process of Wealth Funds Corp.  Therefore, the fact that Wealth Funds Corp.’s may have an interest in, or may have family members or close friends with an interest in, or employment or other relationship with, the Benson Building Management LLC or one of its affiliates, if any, could create an incentive for Wealth Funds Corp, to approve the Benson Building Management LLC for the Wealth Funds Corp portal.
